TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DELIVERY

Due to the nature of colour representation on computer screens, the images shown on our web site are intended as only a guide to the final printed output colours.

1. Goods provided by Rainforestcanvas and Sureguard Energy Services Limited remain the property of Rainforestcanvas and Sureguard Energy Services Limited until full payment has been received by us.

2. Should the original product ordered be unavailable, we will NOT provide an alternative automatically. Customers will be contacted by either email or telephone and given the opportunity to choose another product of equal value. Should there be no suitable alternative; customers will be entitled to a full refund without penalty.

3. The dispatching of products will be within the delivery timescale as notified upon successful clearing of the payment details. The company can not be held responsible for late deliveries due to unforeseen events outside the control of the Company.

4. Payment is made using third party card processing at SagePay (formerly Protx) which is very safe and secure and utilises the latest SSL encryption methods. The Company therefore cannot be held responsible for card purchases being denied or refused by protx or indeed denied by the buyers card issuing bank/s; these are issues related to the owner of the card and the issuing bank/s.

5. Payment is processed securely using SagePay. Payment and ID checking for customers who have protected their card/s via Verified by Visa or Mastercard secure 3D will be directed, during ID verification, to the relevant bank ID checking system. The Company does NOT hold card details and data for any customer buying goods on this site.

6. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to protect credit/debit card/s and personal details. We do not hold card details on any of our systems therefore it is the responsibility of the buyer to input correct delivery, other necessary data and card information on this site when requested. ID verification will be, if your card is protected, processed by your issuing bank/s.

7. All of our products carry a 12 month warranty against fading. We recommend that customers exercise caution in handling and hanging of the canvas. Although our product is produced to the highest standards, the fact that the canvas remains under tension means that slight damage to the surface will, in time, lead to further deterioration. Our canvas products are NOT designed to be re-stretched. This does not affect your statutory rights.

8. We reserve the right to inspect claims under the above warranty prior to any settlement being authorised.

9. By purchasing any product from the Company the buyer is acknowledging and accepting these terms and conditions.

DELIVERY - From receiving payment/s all orders will be processed and dispatched within 7 working days (excludes weekends - Saturdays / Sundays)
